Hi! So I've damaged my hair beyond repair -.- I've bleached it more then 4 times in one month a couple months ago and then I've dyed it about 3 times this month and I know it's very very damaging also I use heat on it everyday since I curl it everyday and I also don't pay as much attention as I should to it should I cut it to just below my shoulders it goes a little past my bra when I straighten it so cut itand get extensions? Does anyone know of a good brand of hair extensions? This is my hair now doesn't look bad but it keep breaking off and I'm losing soooo much hair should I cut it? Opinions?

I would but there's no point if youre going to keep damaging it really.

When I had short hair I used to put a head band on every night and wrap my hair around it to curl it but with my long hair it doesn't work so if I get extensions I'm going to curl my real hair with the head band and the extensions with a curling iron

Agreed with Kitty. You need to develop a healthy hair care routine. If you cut your hair, and you don't change your routine, you hair is going to be the same exact way. You need to stop using heat, and stop dying it and bleaching it for a while. You NEED to cut off all the damage in order to grow back healthy undamaged hair. When you cut that off, drop the sulfates (mostly in shampoos) and keep your hair moisturized. Deep condition every other day, and when it is healthier, twice a week. You should cut off the damage, because after damaging your hair continuously there is no going back.

Totally understandable, Winter but your hair sounds damaged beyond repair! It's better to cut it off now, and grow it back healthy than to fry it off, and end up with awkward length I some parts. Honestly, if there was a way to fix it , I would totally tell you! Your best bet is to cut it off, and I totally think you could rock a pixie!

@Winter I have a hair care regime on my blog ( using mostly natural things ) if you'd like to check it out. ( I grew out a really bad hair cut )
I also really love the last hair cut, her facial structure is similar to yours! Definitely learn how to straighten your hair and curl it without heat hun! You have the hair type to straighten it without heat for sure ♥

Yikes take care of your hair girl! I learned the hard way too lol I used to bleach my hair to platinum blonde once a month :$ was totally fritzed! Now I don't straighten or curl my hair more than once or twice a week and Joico has a good heat protectant that I recommend (smells amazing too! Lol) and yea do some deep conditioning stuff once in a while that will somewhat speed the process after your cut. Good luck! :)
