I keep finding pair of black bumps on different places. There not black heads & there are always two right beside each other. I've found the on my thighs, hands, and arms. Do y'all have any idea what they could be?

Worst case scenario are that they're bites. I'd do a huge sheet cleaning to be sure.

If they are bites, watch them. Make sure they arent itchy or seeping green or yellow. Or raised up.

Yeah it doesn't seem like any of us can help you out here. This does not sound okay though. Definitely get it checked out.
