Bio oil or any other oil that you can use on your skin is great for dry patchy skin.

I'd try something gentle, like the Neutrogena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser :) I'd follow that with a moisturizer for sensitive skin, like Aveeno, and I prefer thicker creams at night so I'd suggest CeraVe or Korres (an expensive alternative, but amazing) for nighttime use.

For toner there's many raves about body shops tea tree toner that's comparable to lushes tea tree toner water. and for a moisturizer I love lushes imperialis for dryer seasons and vanishing cream for when my skin's oily. I have similar skin to yours as well.
