I have severe acne and every foundation I try breaks me out. I haven't found one that doesn't. I've tried to go for only bb cream since I don't want to irritate my skin but that breaks me out as well! I don't know what else to do. Anyone know a of good foundation/bb cream that won't cause breakouts?

Tartes Amazonian clay is the only foundation that doesn't break me out. The clay actually helps acne. :)

Neutrogena, L'oreal, BareMinerals, Dermablend, Clinique. They're made for sensitive and acne prone skin, some lines of their makeup works to heal acne supposedly, anything containing some salicylic acid can help prevent acne, and the brands like Dermablend and Clinique can give you really great coverage/colour correction for scars and blemishes. :)

I have severely acne prone skin and most foundations break me out and bb creams destroy my skin. I don't have the money to test out high end foundations (I had bad luck with Chanel breaking me out too) but I have found for some reason that Rimmel's face products don't break me out :) And I've only tried a couple physician formula stuff but they treat my skin well. I use an NYX primer and it doesn't hurt my skin...I can leave a list of what I've tried and my skin's reaction to it if you like
