Raylene, I'm always up for a challenge :) But I just google Dr Who and I don't really find any pictures that could be an inspiration for make up :/ So maybe if you post a picure then I can do the challenge tomorrow (its late at night here right now)

Now I love the Tardis as much as the next Whovian, but let's not forget the amazing River Song! Black eyeliner, red lips, hair curly enough to intimidate a Dalek, then just carry around some red heels and a blue book and BAM... most powerful woman in the universe!

Sorry Sabrina! You can copy a look of you want :) I'm not skilled enough to copy, I love the first one :)
You should really try and watch it, I fell in love and downloaded it and watched all of season 1 in a ft and a half and bawled my eyes out along with it haha.
