When I put eyeliner (any kind but especially the liquid ones) on my left eye, and then I want to take it off, well on the center on my eye it doesn't! I mean it looks like my skin just sucked it in as it is were a tattoo or something. I find it so hard to remove because I have to literally scrub and eyes are sensitive. I've tried changing my make-up remover but not much change.. Even tried changing my eyeliner brand and still to change. It's really at this specific place on my eyelid close to my lash line and it's about 0.5cm long.

Yes, I mostly have the same but after letting the makeup remover soak in a little longer it disappears :)

I tried that but I have to really "scrub" it off.. And that really hurts.

Try using coconut oil, that stuff takes everything off.

I have the same problem. I have this makeup remover in a soap form for when I take a shower that I use. I just put a little bit on a q-tip and dab it. It comes off super quick and it's for sensitive eyes so if it gets in your eyes then it won't burn.

I have the same problem, also with mascara at the base of the lashes at the same place. Even after shower it doesn't go. Also left eye. I thought my make up remover was bad.
