Tape is helpful for making straight lines...

First I would apply a nude ish looking eyeshadow all over the lid. (If you have oily lids or want it to stay all day use a eye shadow primer or base before applying any eye makeup.) Then just take a black pencil liner (sharpen) and lightly (don't press to hard down) draw a line from the lash line to the crease then in your crease toward the inner corner stopping just at the center of your iris (you can use tape to help). Then take a small detail eyeshadow brush with black eyeshadow and lightly start blending it toward the inner corner of your eye. Hope this helped a little bit :)
