Try a different eyeliner. Maybe one that more creamier or a gel liner and apply to your lash line instead of your waterline.

Give your eyes a few days rest to heal and see if its the same then. You could be allergic to something (not nescessarily make-up, could be hay fever or cats) or you might be coming down with a cold. Try to avoid wearing contacts if you have them and maybe buy some drops while your eyes heal
