I tried it for over a year and it really didnt help much :( like Jacqlyn said once you stop, you break out horribly. I was my face with Neutrgina, then once I pat my face dry I take a cotton ball with peroxide on it and put it all over in areas needed. that works better than proactive.

When I tried it I ordered the entire kit, I love the lotions and refining mask but the washes weren't for me.
I especially loved the green tea moisturizer and the toner they worked wonders on my red blotches :) -hope this helps Hailey <3

Tretinoin dried out my skin badly. I think it all depends on your type. But no, proactive does not work. Acne is permanent. You'll never be able to get rid of it. What I use is, a honey & brown rice facial scrub (make it yourself) use it once at night, once in the morning, and I recently bought a dermaroller from http://banishacnescars.com/products/dermarollerkit and it works amazing! Just use the right products and you'll be fine. Nobody is perfect :)

It works for some but not others. it worked for me for a while and then when I ran out my skin got worse acne than before. When I started using it again it worked for a while but then the same thing happened. Try it if you want maybe it'll work for you. Buy the sample sizes so you won't waste money if it doesn't work.

I think it works if you do it as they say, twice a day. The cons with this is that it really takes a lot of you to actually do this twice a day, like if you're in a hurry in the morning and skip it, you will see the difference. My skin became so irritated since I had to use the scrub TWICE a day (in my head that's a LOT), and cheaper products that don't take all that time works better.
I think that products that helps building up your skin again is a lot better, rather then products you have to use all the time that just keeps the acne away. Sorry for my bad English, but I hope this helpes.

I just started using the New Proactive+ kit and I lovee it. In order for you to see results you must follow the directions. Twice a Day (Am and Pm). But when you want your skin to feel better and for you to really want the results, you get used to doing it better and better :) at first it did irritate my skin so I gave my skin a rest and only used the scrub before bed and moisturized really well and it stopped :) I suggest giving it a try, cause you never know until you do :)

I tried it for a little over 4 months and I didn't see any results. But what doesn't work for my might work for you...I have heard great reviews about acne.org (that might be worth checking out)
