At my new job I'm constantly washing dishes and using tons of sanitizer, so my hands are beyond dry it looks like I have a rash! Any tips?

Get some good hand lotion and lather it on(don't rub it in) and put gloves on over top for like an hour or sleep with them on(: makes your hands super soft.

Definitely beauty oils. I'm oily myself so I don't do this, but you can look up several good ones (:

Invest in a really good hand cream! Apply it everytime after getting your hands wet. Some really thick and moistruzing ones are the L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream, Bliss High Intensity Hand Cream, and O'Keefe's Working Hand Cream 💋

I had a blog on this recently. Okeefes working hand cream you can find at walgreens works very well. There is a Jack black healing hand cream at sephora that is uh-maz-ing! It's a little pricey at 15$ for a tube but it's great stuff!

I should state I used these cause my hands were a wreck from the extreme cold, but I think either of them could really work in your siituation.

Eucerine makes a bunch of great moisturizers that work wonders on dry hands. You could also try swapping your standard hand sanitizer for the Gold Bond Ultimate Hand Sanitizer Moisturizer and kill two birds with one stone.

I used Paw Paw ointment at night I swear by this. As a hairdresser my hand are constantly in water, it can get so bad lotion burned. Started using this and had no issues.

A great hand cream works wonders, but exfoliating is key. I mix sugar and coconut oil to exfoliate my hands, rinse the ssugar away and apply aquaphor or eucerine. its important to get the dead sskin off...moisturizing dead, dry skin will do nothing. also apply hand cream before bed.

Get something with oils in it for sure. It has to be more than your average Olay.
Try any moisturizer that contains any of these oils: argan, coconut, hemp, blueberry, avocado. Look into Burt's Bees and Weleda! Use it as often as possible. :)
