Yes... itll look good but I don't know if black tights would be too dark. I honestly would wear no tights or at least skin color.

I have to disagree, black tights and black heels would look super cute in my opinion.. You could also go for skin colored tights so it looks like you're not wearing tights but it keeps you warmer. I prefer the first dress, it's very cute.
