I need some help I have to throw out some makeup, I'm in need of a mascara, eyeliner, concealer, makeup brushes!! &&& a cute outfit! My friend is forcing me to go out with her since I'm 21 now lmao!! Suggestions please.

Foundation: Cover Girl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3-1 Foundation [nice and pretty full coverage... and affordable!]
Mascara: this depends on your eyelashes, really, but I'm loving the L'Oreal Butterfly mascara, currently... or the Cover Girl Clump Crusher if you want something more natural
Eyeliner: don't know what kind you're looking for, but the Rimmel Scandal eyes are pretty good pencils. For liquid, I find it difficult to stray from the Tarte MultiplEYE liner because it's a nice pen-type and, in my opinion, has the best tip.
Brushes: I really like my Sigma and Real Techniques brushes...

Mascara: benefits they're real, lorac pro, & tarte lights camera lashes.
Eyeliner: gel-maybelline eye studio, loreal infallible, inglot (sold on beautylish) pencil: rimmel, urban decay 24/7, & hello kitty. Felt tip liquid: stila all day & maybelline
Brushes: real techniques, ecotools, & sephora
Primer: hourglass & smashbox

Here's some outfits I don't really know what your looking for though May or may not help. Hope it does and you have a great time :)
