I have "its a 10" leave in conditioner, I take a shower at night then let my hair air dry while I sleep. My question is do I put it in after the shower or when I wake up?

After the shower. I like to wrap my head in a towel for maybe 5 minutes then put the conditioner on. I wrap it back in the towel a bit for warmth on my scalp but you don't have to do that. Good choice on the "it's a 10".

First of all i dont think you should leave it to try when youre sleeping.. Id recommend to use the conditioner after u shower, let it dry then go sleep!
And then if youre gonna do any styling with heat in the morning, then spray on some heat protectant.. Hope this helps!

I know this sounds like a stupid question do I spray it on my hands then rub it in my hair or spray it directly in my hair

You can do either. I like to spritz it on my hair when it is fairly damp still and then comb it thru.

you only need a LIGHT mist a few sprays for the whole head on damp or dry hair, never on completely wet hair
