So I have a work meeting in 5 days its a cosmetics meeting my boss said to be dressy and represent the store well! I found an amazing shirt and shoes I just don't no whether to wear a skirt or pants.

I know you love the shirt but it's not really dressy especially with the lace see through in the back.
But whatever you choose make sure your skirt is knee length & pants don't drag :)

I wouldn't wear that top as it's more casual then dressy, even if you do put on a pair of slacks or a black skirt.
