Hey Jacqlyn, I found that leaving post its around the bathroom saying 'DO NOT PICK YOUR FACE IT'L GET WORSE' helped me.
Also minimize your mirror time unless you are doing your makeup or taking it off.
Also if your acne is bad I'd go to the doctor and they might prescribe a good acne cream or pill perfect for you xx

Treat yourself to a refreshing at home facial after showering or washing your face. Try a good facemask;
I like one with some type of exfoliante and cooling factor (try mint + avocado). Then settle in to read a good book/magazine or give yourself a mani/pedi. Keep your hands busy and remember picking only spreads acne and leaves scars and discoloration.
