Y makeup always looks so cacky and dry after a while! I use a primer and a setting spray (cooling one by urban decay) but it stills looks not natural how do I fix this.

What kind of makeup are you referring to? Your foundation? Or eyeshadow?

Try macs fix+ after your make up. I do this when my makeup looks too cakey or powdery.

Are you using a foundation which is for your skin type? Also how do you apply your makeup?

I would say switch foundation and powder. Maybe switch to a bb cream even. If you don't want to do that you can look into facial mists which are really popular in Asian countries. There are a few brands that make them in the US like dermalogica. When you notice your face becoming cracked spray some on and it should help.
