Gently go over your lips with a wet toothbrush, dry them and then apply vaseline/a good lip balm.

Exfoliate with white sugar and coconut oil. Or with a wet toothbrush. Then put on a thick lipstick. Do this before you go to bed every night, and in the day use any Chapstick you want.

Try an all natural lip balm like Burt's Bees: they sell it at Target, Rite Aid and Walgreens. I switched from Nivea and it made a huge difference in my lips!

Baby lips it's so hydrating and works so well try one without tint I think it works better if your trying to rehydrate.

I exfoliate with brown sugar & honey regularly. and before sleeping put a really heavy layer of nivea lip butter. :) it works! and yeah whenever I go outside, I do put a thick coat of lip balm underneath my lipstick for extra protection!

Apply a lip scrub (honey n sugar) in circular motions followed by a towel soaked in warm water, pat dem lips dry n den coat dem with your fav balm. you should avoid lipsticks cos it tends to b dryin...hope it helps :)

I scrub w sugar n olive oil. Then Vaseline all day everyday and I slather it on before bed. If I miss a day BOY DO I KNOW IT! My lips are like my nails they need constant care!! Good luck:)
