I think smokey or dark eyeshadows really makes your eye color the main focus and makes it look lighter. Or goldish colors, also if you want to be simple using eye liner on your top and bottom lid works.

I love your sweater :)! Any color will look really good with brown eyes they are very versatile, but colors opposite brown on the color wheel will most likely make them really pop. Likes blues, purples, & greens.

There are tons of ways to make your eyes stand out c:
brown eyes go with pretty much every eyeshadow colour, so anything you pick will help bring them out. highlighting underneath the brow & on the tear duct also helps bring attention to your eyes.
adding black liner to the upper water/lash line & white or nude liner to the lower water line helps make the eyes look more open. you can curl your lashes to add some extra length, of out on some falsies :3

When it comes to brown eyes you should try and avoid light sort of pastel colors. Brown eyes are usually reddish brown, orange-brown or in between. On the color wheel the opposite color of red is green. For orange it's blue. So the trick to really make them stand out is to use a color that is the same depth of color as your eyes or darker but in a different tone. If you use color that's lighter it tends to make the eyes look darker and dull. Try using an eyeliner that's a very rich midnight blue, plum or like a deep green shade. I noticed a vibrant violet eyeshadow can really compliment the brown eyes
