The culprit: CoverGirl LashBlast Bombshell. UGH.
I only bought it because I had a $3.00 off coupon from Walgreens, so I thought I'd give it a chance. Normally I don't like anything from CoverGirl, it's always felt like absolute junk. This stuff was no better. The packaging to me made it uber awkward to put it on, and it would clump like a mother (even if I'd wiggle it up my lashes from the root, it still would clump), it makes my lashes feel so dry and brittle, and holy hell, is it ever a b*tch to remove. Even olive oil won't get it off. It did give me good volume, but I get the same - if not better - result from using my usual cocktail of Maybelline Great Lash Lots o' Lashes and The Rocket.
Anybody else have any mascara from hell stories? There's nothing worse than crappy mascara, I feel...

Haha that was funny. I've used so many but I think the best one so far was the one I got from target for 1$ lol. It's by Australis and usually goes for about 14-15$ - it's a conditioning mascara so goes on really soft.

Which one is the bombshell? The one in the pink tube? I haven't tried it but I love the original lash blast in the orange tube. I don't like anything else from Covergirl though. I absolutely hate Maybelline's The Falsies though. That stuff was awful, so clumpy yet still runny, just absolutely disgusting. I honestly haven't used any other drugstore mascara in years though. I've run out of the original lash blast recently but I've luckily somehow ended up with a bunch of high end mascara samples so I've just been using those lol. I imagine I'd go back to lash blast when I run out though, or maybe splurge on a full size of Tarte's Lights, Camera, Lashes.

Oh god I hate Covergirl! I gave up on them completely a couple years ago although the one exception is the original Lashblast, like Caitlin said. Anything else truly sucks, unfortunately

Yea everything else from them is kind of a joke sadly. Their face powders smell so bad, ugh.

@Caitlin Yeah, it comes in a big, fat double-ended pink tube. The fatness is what made it weird to use.
A lot of people on here swear by their 3-in-1 foundation. It caked up on me so bad and oxidized within a couple minutes of applying it. Yuck. Makes me wonder why when I was back in middle/high school that the #1 thing to have was a CoverGirl compact and a tube of mascara. You'd see girls walk around the halls with cakey faces and clumpy lashes. Guess it's for those youngins that don't know any better.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks Cover Girl isn't the best. Honestly I have disliked everything I have tried from them but again that's just me.

I like covergirl clump crusher a lot. I don't really like a lot of other things from them but I haven;t tried any of the other mascaras.

I hate that mascara as well. I had a $3 off coupon so I thought why the hell not & try it. The mascaras themselves are ok but the container is just so fat & it's weird to hold it. I haven't had any problems with it clumping or anything like that but the bulkiness just turns me off altogether.
