Is this meant as a regular moisturizer or is it specifically made to only be worn under makeup? I received a Mac order the other day and a sample size of the Strobe Cream came with it (I've never gotten any samples from Mac when I've ordered online so it was a pleasant surprise!). Is this something you can use at night to moisturize or just underneath makeup?

Its a cream highlighter/luminizer. You can wear it under foundation, mixed in with foundation or you can tap it on the high points on your face (cheekbones, bridge of your nose, brow bones).

It can definitely be used as a moisturiser as it has good skin care ingredients for normal-dry skin, may be a bit too heavy for other skin types.
