What's an inexpensive eyeliner to use that don't smudge. I have very irritable eyes so I often have a tendency to make a mess when rubbing my eyes. Don't matter if its a pencil or liquid.

Wet n wild liquid liner I wear it to the gym and its doesn't budge but you need a oil or makeup remover to take it off.

LA colors Smudge proof liquid eyeliner (My HG! <3) It's the one in the mascara like packaging, they have two the other comes in an inkwell bottle which I never buy so I can't speak on it. Anyways it's awesome and only a buck at Dollar Tree.

Wet n wild h20 is great. it's a waterproof liquid. I don't know if that's the same kind that Traci was talking about.

@ Kenshaundra, it's super pigmented, inky black, matte finish, and last up to 24 hrs with no problems whatsoever, and all for a dollar! Hope you see it around and try it out.
