Usually it's about what style your going for.If it's great glitter there is No need for an eyeshadow.

Totally agree on the la splash, that stuff is amazing. I use it when I use ud's glitter eyeshadows. It does have a weird scent, I get celery and chemicals from it ha! But yes, it is amazing and I never have fall out with it(:

You can also put foundation on eye and aply glitters on when it's not dry yet. I had this routine for new.year and glitters were not falling of or anything :)
