Keep it simple. It's hot as all getout there, you don't want to be wearing a full face of makeup because it'll melt off (especially if you're in the pool/swimming). So I'd say bring mascara for daytime, and whatever you like to wear normally if you're going to dinner and stuff at night.

A bb creme with spf is essential, a rimmel london stay matte powder is great if youre worried about being oily and inexpensive. mascara, water proof eyeliner and a lip balm and/or lipstick/ gloss are great to bring hope I helped :)

I was just in PR, and it was really sunny. I would stick to the essentials and nothing too expensive so it won't be such a big deal if you lose them in your luggage or something. I would pack a light weight foundation/bb cream that has SPF, water proof eyeliner and mascara. Also a transuclent powder to control oil. Pack your favorite lipstick, gloss and you are good to go lol.
