Looks great. try blending your edges out a bit more so you don't have such a definite line.

Actually I was looking for a defined line so I used tape :)

Such pretty eyes! I'm no expert, but think some more blending and it'll be great!

You don't want to have any defined lines in smokey eyes. it's all about blending, blending, blending, which I think you need to do a little more of (:
it looks really really great for a first attempt!

I agree with the ladies you need to blend out more...a true smokey eye is rounded and the darkest of the color on the lid...your crease is too dark and the lash line imo should be smoked out more.

I like the line at the edge of your eye where you used the tape but perhaps blend the line above your crease a bit x

Just as everyone else has said try using a transition color for a more seem less blend that's why it's called smokey it should fade like smoke but you can do any shape you want for a smokey eye that's the beauty of makeup there turkey is no right or wrong way 😬 you could even transform this into an ultra thick winged liner which would be very daring and cool :)

I know a lot of girls are saying to blend. I understand what you were going for so technically it would be cat eye done with eyeshadow. For that reason it looks great but then it wouldn't be a smokey eye.

I agree with kitty! this a cat eye and a gorgeous one at that :) smokey eyes are all about blended colour.

Blend, agree with kitty on the cat eye I would suggest closing your eyes and looking at the camera to see what's on the lid, right now I can see that one eye is darker then the other one... Your so pretty by the way 😄

Yes blending is the key. You also need to bring the colour under your lower lash line and smudge. The look isn't a smokey eyeshadow with it.
If you want I could write a step by step smokey eye I do on clients on your wall or email.
Completely up to you x
