First of all, are you okay?? Second of all, use cold spoons or green tea bags to help reduce the puffiness.

Use some high coverage concealer. I recommend erase paste from benefit or maybelline superstay concealer.

That's how I am. usually I do a thin line of eyeliner on top. and through out the day the swelling goes down. also right now that your crying was your eyes witg cold water.

I just take a hot shower or wash my face with cold water.

I am in the "nothing takes the swelling down" camp, unfortunately. I have found that doing darker makeup helps camouflage the swelling the next day, like a dark smokey eye.
Hope everything is okay!

I hope you're okay! I'm here if you want to talk
I'm the same way if I cry, the next day my eyes are always so puffy and it makes me self conscious. I agree with using darker makeup to kind of hide the puffiness. Also applying an ice pack or a cold wash cloth to your eyes can reduce swelling. I also heard cucumber or tea bags can reduce swelling on your eyes but I haven't tried it myself.

At CVS or any drugstore they usually have this "eye masks" its basically like a legit mask (like superhero mask lol) but you put it in the freeze and it freezes and then you wear it! (There's holes so you can see through) but my mom uses it and it works good and feels great.
