Use Crest's 3D White Mouthwash… I had a similar stain problem after I got my braces off and have noticed a HUGE difference after using this! It's cheaper than the strips, too.

Do not use baking soda, peroxide or lemon juice! Ever! It ruins the enamel on your teeth and you can't fix that! Buy a home bleach kit and get a professional tray made. You can buy the bleach from the dentist and do it at home for cheaper then in the office.

I use crest 3d white and every now and them I rinse with straight hydrogen peroxide. But I drink coffee all the time so I just take precautions to keep them pearly white!

Rembrandt makes the best whitening system I've tried. Give you a mouth piece you mold to your teeth and the bleach. Works amazingly well with only a little discomfort with my sensitive teeth. I highly recommend it!
