So I don't have acne scars, but from where I used to always pick my spots I have scars, I don't pick now.. but will bio oil help? and how regulary shell I use it...

I have been using it for the last week or 2 and it makes my skin feel great, I haven't had enough time to notice a difference but I know a lot of people who love it so I decided to give it a try, my bottle says to use twice a day.

I regret ever using it on my face it made everything worse! it gave me a horrible breakout all over my face, which lead to more scars. I wish I had never used it. :(

I went through 2 bottles of that staff and saw absolutely no difference. Other people love it but for me it was a rip off. I swear by coconut oil, I apply it twice a day on my skin and within 2 months I started seeing very noticeable results.
