I need to cut my hair...any ideas?

So my hair is getting really long and I haven't cut it in a while. I really need to cut it soon but I have no idea what to do. Please help! I normally get it layered but I want to try something new so I would love it if you could give suggestions :)

Maybe shoulder length with sime.layers.. how about changing the color to brighten up your face.

Some brown highlights would look good. Caramel brown highlights :)
I really like you with long hair. It frames your face nicely. Maybe cute 1 or 2 inches off. You could just get the front layered :)

I like it long on you :) if you wanted to do something new though I thing a long, shoulder length bob (aka a lob :p) would be really cool. You could have it a little shorter in the back, the long enough to touch your shoulders/neck on the sides, and then almost to your collar bone in the very front:) it would be really interesting and pretty if you got a little bit of long, sleek side bangs to frame your face :)
