On your water line to make your eyes appear more open.

To line my waterline, on the inner corners of my eyes, to highlight under my brows, to highlight my cupid's bow, under glitter eyeliner to make the colors pop, and sometimes in the center of my eyelids or above my eyeliner to brighten my eyes.

You can use it on your waterline to make your eyes look bigger but I'd rather use a nude color because white can sometimes look harsh

I use it on my waterline. Usually when I want to do a doll type of look with my make up.
Also as a base for my eyeshadows, makes them pop more ♥

I have used a jumbo white eyeliner to highlight and contour with in this picture... mainly because I didnt have anything at the time!! But I was doing a vampy look ☺
You should see the photo they got from me at the event I wore it at... I look really chiseled like a vampire! ( http://gyazo.com/6d73462f491284b1bc0c799564a8d19c.png ) since I didnt have any kind of white to use on my face for make up I went a bit creative and used my jumbo pencil lol.

I don't mean to hijack the thread, but what's a good eyeliner that stays put on the waterline?

You can use it as a highlighter on any spots, like these girls told you. eye, under brow, nose, above the lip. use it as a base to make the colors pop etc.etc. even awesome for a winged liner.

There's a look Makeupbymia and Lady Danger created. Both where they used the white eyeliner above their black liner on the upper lash line. Pretty dramatic. But I loved it. :)

It makes a good base for eyeshadow... Just put a little on and blend out.. You'll be starting with a colorless base and eyeshadow will stay on for quite awhile.
