Try a lip plumper or this and highlight your Cupid's bow. You can even highlight the inside the center of your lips.

Yes it's called Vaseline. Also you can slightly over draw your lips with a lip liner and add some plumping lip gloss. Or if you don't like the glossy lip look you can just dab a bit of gloss on your Cupid's bow do make them look fuller and plumper. :)

I put Vaseline on my lips and rub cinnamon on then for about 30 seconds and it works. Hope this helps!!

You can put a bit of bronzer underneath your bottom lip to make it look poutier.
