I have been growing my hair out for over two years now..i do the normal stuff- vitamins, don't wash every day, learned to style withoutn straightening every day, but I'm desperate for thicker longer hair. has anyone tried mane and tail with results? or are there any other alternatives I've maybe looked over?

I've tried it and it's amazing!! The only thing I wasn't a fan of was that it makes the hair strand stretchier than normal when wet/damp.
Works wonders in making hair thicker, healthier, and shinier! I had actually forgotten about it, I'll probably go pick some up later today since you reminded me about it!

I love this shampoo and conditioner. I don't think it really thickens hair, but thickens it as a volumizing shampoo/conditioner should. I would def. recommend it!

Yes it does help my hair to grow. I noticed baby hair is starting to grow. But the shampoo makes my hair very tangled! You just need a good conditioner and tangles will dissapear!
