I think yanet means use liner for the black line to make it crisper at the lower edge and blend it up.

Love the look, Michele! Kudos for stepping out and trying it. As for your last question, after you wash your face you strip it of the natural oils, just like how you strip it of the makeup and stuff. So your skin may feel tight because it hasn't had time for the natural oils in your face to replenish. If you notice, it's not so tight as time goes on, and the oils come back.
