Don't bring too much clothing otherwise you won't have enough space for all your new stuff haha!
but London is pretty cold this time a year so if I were you I'd bring lots of comfy and warm clothes :)

Also I would say something simple for makeup.
Just something I would do, but a camera or something that takes pictures :D
Then you'll always have pictures to keep the memory :)

I loved London and I went there as my thirteenth birthday this year to!!
The style there is so awesome my suggestion is to make sure you have lots of room for stuff that you are going to buy and if you think that you want to buy something just buy it because I regret not buying a lot of things that I should have just bought

I study here in london and havent got much time for shopping ,so sad:/it is ok that you havent planned to come here 2-3 weeks ago or you would be back with a bag of water,risky days had gone albeit it is cold but enough romantic and full of fun to walk down the cold rainy streets and do shopping ,good luck and have a nice trip;)

For a 13 years old a nice lipgloss & just some mascara would do it. Clothes I say something comfy & plus you will need space in your luggage to bring back your new clothes so keep everything to the minimum. Have fuuuuunnn!

Make sure it's not going to flood when you go, we've had a crap load of flooding recently :O but make sure you go to Oxford Street, they have a HUGE Primark:D and if you want to get funny looks off the bouncers at the door, go to Sloane Square. Mega posh haha:)

Biggest tip ever is to wear jumpers instead of a coat because while its freezing outside in the cold air, once you get into the shops you will be melting and carrying a big coat around is not fun at all!

Defo Check out new look,primark,h&m and if you can get down to Oxford Street do it! :)
ps: The superdrug in marble arch is the best and has everything
