I've been searching high and low for this makeup paint any idea where I can get it?

Mehron is the manufacturer so you could try their site. I've also seen them on Amazon. Some of the palettes were limited edition from my understanding so you may not be able to get those but I believe there's a basic palette with the primary colors and white and black and then a pastel-ish palette with some brighter/more fun colors. Amazon had both a few months back and they also had the smaller, individual pans. I hope that helps a bit :)
