My hair use to be wavy/curly how do i get it back like that

My hair isn't wavy/curly anymore i used to always straighten it and swim alot what can i do or use in my hair to go back like that?

You have to re train it to be wavy/curly again. After you wash it don't brush or comb it, scrunch it if need be and find a good curl cream or gel (I personally love ag's recoil). If you find your hair dries crunchy either continue to scrunch it or roll the separate curls when dry (if that makes sense). Try not to play with it too much while drying or when dry playing with it because it can cause you to lose your curl and your hair to act up (frizz and such) as well try to air dry as much as possible or if need be use a diffuser and feed your hair in. hope this helps :)
