I don't know a spray but I know olive oil prevents frizzy ness for me.

My daughters have curly curly hair and in the humid summer, I get it wet and add a regular conditioner, brush it through and let it air dry. It has helped soooooooo much to keep the frizzies away!!

Conditioner, no. maybe if you used shampoo lol :) I'd add conditioner and water and spray it.. my kids have mixed girl hair so I use a lot for them and it's awesome. the spray bottle with a little conditioner would work better...maybe depending on the texture of the hair.

They get the bouncy curls and it doesn't feel gross or look greasy. I dunno..I'm not an expert but I've found this helps and saves my life :) good luck to your friend!
