I have a party and I wanted to apply eyeliner and then connect it to my waterline? If you have a photo of this can you post it because I'm not exactly sure how to do it... its basically just a winged eyeliner and then it connects to your waterline but it doesn't go all the way it fades out halfway through? this might be reslly confusing ahh but I've only seen it sometimes and I've been wanting to try it🙈🙈🙈

I would start out with creating a wing or V with your eyeliner then filling it in!! It has worked for me in the past!!😄
