Ideas for short nails?

I want to do my nails but I can't think of anything and when I decided to look at pictures on here I realized most of the pictures are of long nails! That would be fine but I broke all my nails off while doing major cleaning :( any ideas for short nails? They aren't super short but they're not long either :/ Thanks in advance! :)

I think you can still do some of the longer fingernail designs on short nails as well.
