Hello Amanda!!
I hope you are doing well! I watched your video which you included in your question and have a few positive recommendations that can help your videos be more eye catching!
Firstly, I must say congratulations for starting your you tube account! it is extremely difficult to do so and you should definitely be proud in what you have achieved so far! With that being said there are a few small things :
A) Have a better background perhaps a backdrop of material or a white wall.
B) perhaps show the shade number of the concealer and zoom into the camera. it sometimes helps the viewer.
C) when you are teaching the viewer about where the crease is, you could zoom in or get up close to the camera and explain where the eye crease is. This allows the viewer a better view from where the crease is.

Most importantly Amanda I want to highlight that your personality is truly amazing! you have a very uplifting positive attitude that definitely follows through to your viewers. I had a pretty boring day at work and just watching the first 15 seconds of the video your positivity had lifted my personality. I really loved that about your videos! You definitely have a new viewer :)
