Best Way to Wear Colour Tattoos?

I recently purchased the Maybelline Colour Tattoo in Too Cool (the shimmery white one) to use as a base, but I feel like it's chunky and streaky and looks terrible on my eyelids! What else can I use it for? I can't take it back, and I hate wasting products. Any ideas on how I could use it up?

If it's shimmery white then try it as a highlight in the inner corner as opposed to your entire lid.

How are you applying it? I have the same one and at first I used a brush but it came off chunky like you said then I used my finger and I loved it

It works for me with a brush since I don't like to get my fingers dirty and then use a blending brush. It works great, I also use a brush with mac paint pots and the maybelline gel liner. But the color tattoos do crease after awhile so put another primer and their dry real quick so you kinda got to be quick

Thank you for your ideas! And yes, I use my fingers but maybe I haven't been warming it up enough and should tap it on instead of swiping. And Stephanie S. I can't return it because my Walmart doesn't allow returns for makeup products... I know, it's dumb. Thank you for your help ladies!😊
