Baking soda and lime juice. And I also heard Crushed strawberries and baking soda. You're supposed to use it like twice a week since the acid from the lime/strawberry is also bad for your enamel.

Mari I think lime juice could acually weaken teeth enamal bc of the acid in lime. But I hear Baking soda with poraxide

It does Maria, that's why you're supposed to use it every few days. Its one of the most common DIY I've seen. I've also somewhat heard of baking soda and peroxide but it has it's downs too.

I have to agree with Alexia on this. Although baking soda, lemon juice and everything that was mentioned does make your teeth whiter, it will strip off all of your enamel! My best advice to you would be to ask your dentist and ask him what he recommends for you to use.

Do not use the baking soda with lemon/strawberry/lime trick, it will strip off the enamel and leave you with more problems!
Just do the usual brush teeth twice a day, use a paste with a whitening agent and floss regulary!
