I have eczema, but not usually like this :( I don't know why, but my face an neck are all rashy! I was FINE this morning. :(:(:( does anyone know any ideas that won't irritate my skin? I font have the triamcinilone cream the doctor prescribed, we're all out and I have to o to the doctors office again before we can get more. Help meeeee I have a big meeting for school tomorrow and do NOT want to look like a tomato:(

Me and my sister use Nivea Creme for our psoriasis and it works extremely well :)

Take an oatmeal bath or apply some ( grind it up in a blender ) and with honey apply it on for like 15-20 minutes ☺
