Use a salmon colored concealer under your skin color concealer. I have hears great things about hard candy glamoflauge.

Hard Candy has a great concealer, however, I would use a peachy colour corrector before you apply your foundation. it works so well at hiding under eye bags, it's like they're not even there! lolol.
