Maybe not so much with the outer corner of the eye. As you can see it's much more dramatic with the pop of the darker color on the outer corner. Use a very light brown to make the look more natural. A pencil eyeliner works best for natural looks. Or, focus your mascara from the roots. This way making it look like you're wearing eyeliner but you're not. Best mascara for me was the Rocket Volume by Maybeline in waterproof. You can get it at the drugstore for $5-7
