dabbing Kool Aid (red/cherry) on my lips then a little water, taste great & the color stays on long. Kinda like a lip stain, sounds weird i know but it works! :-)

Ooh ooh ooh! Ok, I'll try not to waffle :) I love this stuff.
- Glycerine as a moisturiser
- mixing & repressing broken/unwanted eyeshadows
- oil cleansing
- aspirin masks
- ok, masks of anything I can lay my hands on in the kitchen :)
- oil & ground almond scrub
- eyeliner from eyeshadow & glycerine
- OCC Lip Tars & random lip balms melted & mixed.
And probably more, but it's late (here).

-Oats and honey! Oats are anti-inflammatory, they'll reduce redness and puffiness. Honey is a humectant, so it will hydrate and soothe. Mash them up and let it sit on your face while in the tub or shower.
-Using sea salt as a rough exfoliant. It also kills bacteria, so it helps prevent acne.
-Dropping in a couple bags of green tea into the tub.
-Mix 2 parts cocoa butter with 1 part oil (extra virgin olive, sunflower, coconut, Vitamin E, lavender, tea tree...) for a winter full body moisturizer.
-Extra virgin olive oil as an eye-makeup remover.

Make any lipstick matte by taking toilet paper or tissues and peeling it apart so you have one ply tissues. Put one on your lips after you applied your lipstck. Press it down, then take any brush with any powder, and dab it on your lips over the tissue. The more powder you use the better. It doesn't matter what powder either, I use an elf blush I never wear. It leaves your color super matte and beautiful. Good luck with it, hopefully I explained it well haha

Love Catey P's idea. Glycerine (glycerin if you're in USA) is any chemist, cheap :)

a lot actually. I like to make my own vitamin C serum from ascorbic acid, vitamin e capsule, glycerin/almond oil/ water etc. I also make my own toner using green tea bags and apple cider vinegar. I always make my hot oil treatment mixing edible oils (olive, coconut, almond etc). My most favorite primer is Milk Of Magnesia which is a miracle for oily skin...no commercial primer gave me that good of a control on oil..I make my own AHA face masks using pure fruit extracts....there are just too many too count. But I will tell you one thing, these natural DIY homemade solutions works almost the same even not better than the most expensive commercial alternatives I have. And I feel a lot safer that i'm not putting god knows what chemical on my skin :)

Nowheregirl, how do you make the ACV toner? I've got a bottle sitting in my cupboard with no idea what to do with it!

Sophie L. What type of skin do you have? If you have oily skin take 1:2 ratio of ACV to Witch Hazel. If you have normal skin take 1:3 ratio of ACV to Green Tee(just use a tea bag to brew a cup) if you have dry skin use 1:4 ratio of ACV to rose water...if you dont have any of those just use ACV and water...Use it as a toner as usual (after washing your face swipe with a cotton pad etc) not only will it tone your skin...it will also take of sun tans and work as a Alpha Hydrochloric Acid Mask ( it will exfoliate, makes your skin brighter and fade marks)
Do you google search on how to use ACV as toner for more...there are even a lot of videos i recall. Hope this helps :)
