I can never get this nars color to come out looking true blue like in the pan and I do use primer, what do you ladies think.

Use a blue base, like a nyx jumbo pencil or something like that.

It looks very nice but I think you should blend it a little more! The look doesn't so much color at the browbone if yoy blend it a little better :) but its really cool!
