My cousin in 16 and already has little wrinkles around her mouth and above her chin. And her sweet 16 is coming up and she doesn't know what to do? any suggestions? home remedies? or drug store products?

Well there's a few things she could do. To actually fix the problem for good would take quitw some time and after wrinkles are there the only way to get them completely gone is botox. A moisturizer or night cream that has retinol in it is the only over the counter way to alter the face but like I said that will take quite a bit of time to see improvement. A better option because you said her sweet 16 is coming up is to get a "wrinkle filler" where it just temporarily fills in the wrinkles under makeup, sort of like a pore filling primer but on steroids. Boots no 7 has one and its actually called wrinkle filler.
I really don't think at 16 she needs to be using these products at all in all honesty though. At 16 she should just be taking care of her skin using spf and moisturizers to prevent wrinkles in the future because I bet she is just a normal 16 year old girl with insecurities not actual wrinkles.
