Does Cerave Pm Break You Out?

So like 2 weeks ago I was experiencing flacky, dry patches on my face so I bought the neautrogena spf35 moisterizer which I have used before and the cerave pm moisterizer and a day or two after wearing both products I woke up with tiny bumps on my forehead and a few on my cheek and like 2 bigger sized bumps (pimples)... so has cerave pm broken you out??

Yes I have dry and sensitive skin & exactly like you said had pimples all over and a couple big ones! It definitely never worked for me try spectro derm products their amazing :)
