How to style this?!

I'm thinking about getting my haircut like this so you was wondering if anyone knew how I can style it to look like this? Is it just a blow drier and a round brush or do you straighten it and flip the ends inward? Or do you do something totally different?

I'd ask your stylist when you get it cut. Just show them the pic and say, "how do I do this on my own?" But yes, it does look like it was blow dried with a round brush and flipped in at the ends. Also, she has layers which can affect the style somewhat.
