Just stay away from styling your hair with heat. Don't use any if you can. Deep condition A LOT. If you have to cut off the fried ends.

No heat styling, and hair masks. Also don't dye your hair for a while, or until your hair is at least 90% healthy.

Don't use any products that contain alcohol like hairspray and gel to avoid dryness. Try & leave it down or in a lose ponytail/bun so you don't cause breakage. I use PLENTY of Cantu Shea butter leave in conditioner to help moisturize. Also you for sure wanna get shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair! I recently had some of my hair bleached as well and all of those things are helping me. :)

& what Ashley said! No heat or dying. If you MUST dye it, use a wash out brand so it's not so harsh! Good luck. :)

I lost almost all my hair due to being on some very strong medication. It will begin to grow back but I until your hair is strong again... Because the bleach probably weakened it... Your going to have to go with "ugly hair" for a while. Keep doing the coconut oil treatments but donor use heat on your hair for at least a month and keep it in loose buns and things... Make sure that it's loose so that the hair tie isn't squeezing your hair. Hopefully that helps. Just... If you want your hair to come back and be healthy you need to just have "ugly hair" and not style it. Having un styled hair is better than having no hair :)

Definitely no heat... Try to stay away from harsh products and stick to things like deep conditioner and Moroccan oil. Another good thing to use to help is pure aloe Vera... This helps heal your scalp and helps with hair growth.

Take Biotin and maybe cut your hair short so you don't have so much damaged hair to show/deal with.
